5 Star Rating Works very well
I bought this for my mother because she has severe pain in her tailbone. This cushion relieves her pain and allows her to sit comfortably at work for long periods of time.

2 Star Rating Not worth the money.
Foam material is very firm and creates pressure points (unlike memory foam). Although it did take the pressure off my tailbone, the pressure was just transferred to other points.

It's certainly better than nothing, but not by much.
